  • What if I have questions regarding my order?

    Please contact the store where you made your purchase if you have questions regarding order modification, cancellation, returns, exchanges, or wrong or damaged goods.

  • How can I find the order number?

    Your order number can be found in emails sent by Zebra PayPlus regarding your orders (ie. the order shipment confirmation email). If you need help finding your order number, please contact the store where you made the purchase.

  • What’s the status of my order if I did not receive the order confirmation email?

    Typically, you should receive an order confirmation email from Zebra PayPlus within one business day after you place your order. We will send you the confirmation email when we confirm that the store has processed your order. Please let us know if you do not receive the confirmation email by filling out the form at Contact Zebra PayPlus.
    Please contact the store where you made your purchase if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 business days.

  • How do I modify or cancel my order?

    If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact the store where you made the purchase as soon as possible. Your order may be need to be processed as a return if it has already been shipped.

Return Policies

  • When can I receive my refund after returning merchandise?

    Generally, we process refunds within 5-10 business days after our return centers receive your items. Please note that it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

  • How much will I be refunded?

    We will send you an email with a detailed breakdown of the refund when your return is authorized.
    Each Zebra PayPlus store has its own international return policy and refund calculation methods. If you have questions regarding the refund, please contact the store where you made the purchase.

  • What is Zebra PayPlus’ return and exchange policy?

    Each Zebra PayPlus store has its own international return and exchange policies. Typically, a return authorization from the store where you made the purchase is required.
    Please contact the store where you made the purchase to learn more about the store’s return policy and to request a return authorization.

  • How do I arrange the return?

    You will receive a Return Authorization Received email with detailed information about how to return the items when you request a return. You can find instructions on pickup/drop-off in this email.
    Please contact the store where you made the purchase if you want to request a return or inquire about a pending return.

  • Can I use another credit card to receive my refund?

    No, only the original method of payment can be used to receive refunds. If we are not able to process the refund with your original method of payment, we will contact you and work with you to solve the problem.

Payment

  • Why is my PayPal payment “pending”?

    Your PayPal payment is “pending” until your order is shipped from our distribution centers. A “pending” status does not mean your order is not confirmed or that an error has occurred.
    If the PayPal payment is “pending” when you have already cancelled your order, please fill out the form at Contact Zebra PayPlus. We will check the problem and get back to you within one business day.

  • Why is my credit card charged before my order is shipped?

    Before your order is shipped, an authorization hold may be placed on your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged by Zebra PayPlus until we ship your items from our international distribution centers.
    Please contact the bank and request a release of the authorization hold if the hold does not disappear after five business days.

  • Why are there duplicate charges on my credit card statement?

    One of the duplicate charges may be an authorization hold. Zebra PayPlus will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped from our international distribution centers.
    Please contact the bank and request a release of the authorization hold if the hold does not disappear after five business days.

  • Which payment methods does Zebra PayPlus accept?

    Zebra PayPlus accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard, JCB, China UnionPay, PayPal and AliPay. Please note that not all Zebra PayPlus stores accept all the payment methods above.

  • What can I do if my payment is declined?

    If the payment is declined when you check out, please contact your bank. If the bank cannot solve the problem, please visit Contact Zebra PayPlus to fill out the form. We will get back to you within one business day.

  • What should I do if there is a fraudulent purchase with my credit card?

    First contact the bank to report the fraudulent purchase. Afterwards, please visit Contact Zebra PayPlus to fill out the form. We will get back to you within one business day.

  • Can I use a U.S. billing address at Zebra PayPlus?

    Yes, we accept U.S. billing addresses. Separate shipping and billing addresses be used at checkout.

Shipping & Duties

  • How much is the tax & duty for international orders?

    Different countries have different tax & duty policies based on the products being imported and the destination country. You can check the total amount of tax & duty that applies to your order on the Zebra PayPlus checkout page.

  • How long does it take to deliver my order?

    The delivery time varies from order to order, and is determined by the store where you made the purchase, the shipping address, and the shipping options available.
    Before submitting the order, you can see the expected delivery time for each available shipping option.

  • Does Zebra PayPlus ship to Army Post Office (APOs) or Fleet Post Office (FPOs) addresses?

    Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to U.S. APOs or FPOs addresses. However, you may be able to complete your order through a store's U.S. checkout to ship to these types of addresses.
    Please contact the store where you made the purchase if you want to inquire about shipment to a U.S. military address.

  • Can I use an address other than my home address for shipping?

    Yes. Zebra PayPlus ships your order to the shipping address you provide at checkout, which does not need to be your home address. The shipping address can be any destination covered by the store where you made the purchase.

Duties & Taxes

  • At delivery, do I need to pay extra tax & duty?

    There are two options to pay tax & duty. You can either pre-pay tax & duty or pay at delivery. If you pre-pay tax & duty, you do not need to pay any extra fees at delivery. If you decide to pay tax & duty at delivery, you will be asked to pay it to the carrier when you receive your items.
    Please fill out the form at Contact Zebra PayPlus if you pre-paid the tax & duty but you are charged an extra amount at delivery. Please make sure that a copy of invoice is attached. We will perform an investigation and get back to you within one business day.

  • How much is the tax & duty for international orders?

    The amount of tax & duty is determined by the items you purchase and the destination country. You can see the amount of tax & duty at checkout prior to submitting the order.
    There are two options to pay tax & duty. You can either pre-pay tax & duty or pay at delivery. If you pre-pay tax & duty, the total amount of tax &duty is fixed and guaranteed. If you decide to pay tax & duty at delivery, you will be asked to pay it to the carrier when you receive your items, and the amount of tax & duty is subject to changes.
